Due to the nature of digital items (codes, pins, and direct top-ups), all sales are final. Once a digital code has been delivered to you or a top-up has been processed to your game ID, it cannot be "returned" or "re-used."

  • Non-Refundable Cases: * Change of mind after the code has been delivered.

    • Purchasing a voucher for the wrong region (e.g., buying a US-region code for a Pakistan-region account).

    • Purchasing the wrong amount or for the wrong game.

    • Vouchers that have been shared with third parties or lost by the user.

  • Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

    • If the digital code provided is proven to be invalid or already used at the time of delivery (subject to verification with the game provider).

    • Duplicate payments due to a technical error on our website.

    • If we are unable to fulfill your order within 48 hours.

2. Professional Services (Marketing & Development)

For customized services such as digital marketing or website development:

  • Refunds may be granted if:

    • The service was not delivered as agreed in the contract.

    • Work has not started within the promised timeframe without a valid reason.

  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Dissatisfaction based on marketing performance or ROI (as these depend on external market factors).

    • Delays caused by a lack of input, approvals, or content from the client.

    • Third-party costs (e.g., Google Ads or Meta Ads spend) already paid to those platforms.

3. How to Request a Refund

  3. A clear reason for the refund request (including screenshots if a code is reported as invalid).

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The refund will typically be sent back to your original payment method (e.g., Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Karopay).

5. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Digital Sales (SMC-Private) Limited after a thorough review of the transaction logs and verification with our providers.
