Accuracy: Users are responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct region-locked voucher (e.g., Global vs. Pakistan-only). We cannot replace codes purchased for the wrong region.
5. Payments & Refunds
Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of gaming vouchers and digital codes are final and non-refundable once the code has been generated or delivered.
Service Fees: For development or marketing services, fees and payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement.
6. Client & User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
You are responsible for the security of any voucher codes once delivered.
You must comply with the terms of the third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Moonton, Tencent) for which you are purchasing vouchers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on digitalsales.click, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of Digital Sales (SMC-Private) Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.
8. Third-Party Tools & APIs
We use third-party payment gateways (such as Karopay) and analytics tools. We are not responsible for:
Gateway outages or payment processing delays.
Account suspensions on gaming platforms resulting from third-party policy changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Sales (SMC-Private) Limited shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of gaming accounts, data, or profits.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

Suspicion of fraudulent payment activity.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mansehra/Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
